Ummah in Crisis

Posted April 3rd, 2011 by admin and filed in Monthly talks

COMING THIS APRIL: The recent turmoil that is taking place across the Middle East and Africa region where bloods of many Muslims are being shed for the so called cry for greater freedom and democracy. Situation on the ground has been getting worse to an extent it is escalating into civil war in few Muslim countries.

Many of us can try to understand and sympathise with what our brothers and sisters have gone through during the last 40 years and can see the reasons for their uprise. However, what is currently taking place in the Muslim World, is it correct according to the Quran and Sunnah and consensus of scholars of the Ummah and what we as Muslims should be doing under this situation. This will all be clarified by Shaikh Abu Suhaib this Sunday, so please do not miss this important talk.

If you have a question for the speaker you may email it in advance to: sundaytalkquestions@companionsofthemosque.com no later than 6pm Saturday. Your name will not be mentioned and if the speaker doesn’t get it covered during the talk then it will be answered during the Q&A session as a priority.
