We can only make our Eid gathering a success with your help. Our previous Eids have been an outstanding, and we want to make this year even better.

We need volunteers (brothers and sisters) to help with the following:

• Help with the setup (7:00am start)
• Help with the clean up after the event
• Manage the parking and ensuring the safety of the event
• Help with manning the kids activities throughout the duration of the event such as Bouncy castle and slides
• Providing food and drinks
• Serving food and drinks
• Financial contribution (we estimate the event to cost around £1,000 – £1,500)
• We need a small cube shaped chest freezer to store ice cream in the park to prevent it from melting.
